Island Shakespeare Festival continues its Summer 2026 season, July 17 through September 6, with Macbeth and Robin Hood of Sherwood Forest under the summer sky in Langley.
Whidbey Plein Air Paint Out runs August 17-24, bringing artists outdoors to paint island light, water, farms, streets, and shorelines in real time. It is a lovely excuse to spend time in Coupeville and keep an eye out for easels tucked into scenic corners.
